    ISOGNISONDESIDERI

    The abstract mixed media painting features a pure white, luminous background that serves as an ideal canvas for the reliefs. Pasted on the surface, pieces of blue glass shimmer like precious stones, creating a magical, dreamlike effect.

    The white background evokes a sense of purity and possibility, like a white sheet on which dreams can be projected. The harmoniously distributed shards of blue glass reflect light with a fascinating brilliance, similar to that of gems in a fantasy world.

    The arrangement of the raised glass pieces adds a tactile dimension to the work, inviting the viewer to explore the irregular, shimmering surfaces. The deep blue of the glass contrasts beautifully with the white background, creating a visual effect that captures the imagination and transports the viewer to a realm of dreams and wishes.

      Patrizia Cognetti

      Since 1984 he has devoted himself to art with an innate passion for drawing and painting, which he does with a variety of techniques. In her twenties she illustrated the book The Shroud and the Popes with ink portraits of more than thirty popes from St. Peter to John Paul II. Her expressive research has led her to paint pictures with very strong and bright hues. She loves both abstract forms that allow her to best express emotions, but she also paints skylines of locations and panoramas that have stuck with her. Her paintings are characterized by mellow brushstrokes and manipulation. Sharp contrasts are an expression of her creative confidence that pushes her to always experiment with new avenues. Also important is the use of gold and silver mettalic colors and the balanced inclusion on the canvases of various materials that harmonize with the already textural painting technique. Subjects: abstract forms, urban places, landscapes and nature, sometimes also figuration. Techniques: stucco and plaster with acrylics, inks, paints, gold and silver on canvas, wood, cardboard, plexiglass and composite materials.
